RIP Dixie Evans
Dixie Evans, the Marilyn Monroe of Burlesque, died in Las Vegas this week. Lisa was lucky enough to photograph her at the old Exotic World Museum in the desert in Helendale, CA on multiple occasions between 1997-2002, and later in Vegas when the museum was moved there. She was an amazing lady. Here is a picture of her lecturing recently in front of some of Lisa’s photos of the Miss Exotic World Contest. Rest in Peace, Dixie.
